
Here, let me show you what I did...
We took the meat, beans, and rice leftover from the night before and mixed it all together {reheated them, of course}.
It looked gross, but I assure you it was pretty tasty. : )

Then we made the taco bowls:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a cookie sheet. Place bowls on cookie sheet. Lay tortillas on top of bowls. Bake.

I'm not sure how long we baked the tortillas for. Maybe 10 minutes? Long enough for them to be crispy.
After the bowls were baked, we added the taco mixture along with lettuce and cheese into the bowls. And presto! Done!

Very simply and very yummy! I found the idea from Heather's French Press, who used glasses instead of bowls. Kimberly at 733 also made some using a cupcake pan. Genius!
