Framed Earring Holder

Hey everyone, it's the weekend! I hope you are enjoying it.

Do you all recall my Framed Necklace Holder that I made last July? I planned on making a earring holder to go with it. Well I finally got around to making it, nearly a year later! It took me a few trials and errors to make it how I visioned, but I finally figured it out! Here is what I did...

What you need:
  • Frame
  • Ribbon
  • Hot Glue Gun
I started by removing the glass and backing of the frame.

Then I cut pieces of my ribbon the length of the longer side of the frame.

I choose to use solid gray and lace ribbon. My idea was to use the solid ribbon for my dangle and hoop earrings, while using the lace for my stud earrings.

I cut 3 strips of the gray ribbon and 2 strips of the lace. Then I attached them to the frame using hot glue.

Next I hung the frame on the wall and added my earrings.... Done!

It turned out exactly like I wanted!

Here it is next to the Framed Necklace Holder. Don't they look great together?!

Have you made anything for your jewelry? I'd love to see it!

Have a great weekend. : )
