Friday Favorites

I love that fall is here, as it may be my favorite season. But then again, I say that about every season because I'm usually ready for a change!

I really do love that during the fall the days are warm and the nights are cool. Perfect open window weather. : )  One thing I don't like about fall, though, are my allergies! Fall means ragweed pollen and I'm mighty allergic to that stuff. But I'll take the good with the bad.

Now that it is fall-ish {the days are still pretty hot}, it's time for me to decorate! I'm not a huge halloween fan. Yah I said it. So I don't usually decorate for halloween. I like to decorate for fall in September and leave those decorations up till Christmas time.

This weekend I'll probably start making and putting out my fall decorations. Here are my inspirations for my fall decor this year:

I love the natural look of these woven pumpkins. Not only are they pretty but they add great texture!

Look at this burlap table runner. Love! So simple and easy to make. You'll definitely see something like this in my fall decor this year. ; )

If I were hosting Thanksgiving this year {which I'm not, probably} I would love to make something like this for the table assignments. Easy and beautiful.

Simplicity really appeals to me and that is why I really like this fall mantel. The white vases really help the fall foliage stand out. Again, you'll see something like this from me.

Book page garland. Genus! I pretty much love all things book page.

Here is another example of a beautiful and simple mantel. I may be doing something similar with pumpkins.
