Friday Favorites

It's Friday! The weekend is almost here! Do you guys have any fun plans for the weekend? Any Halloween parties? We don't have anything going on {which means I can craft ; ) }. We aren't very big Halloween people, so we usually don't go to any Halloween parties. Plus we can never think of good costumes. But I am looking forward to handing out candy next Thursday! It's always fun seeing what the neighbor kids are dressed up as.

If you following me on Instagram then you probably saw this post:

Yup, we got a new cat. Yes, we already have two. And I am aware that I'm turning into a crazy cat lady {and bring down Chris with me}.

She showed up at our back door last Monday, all skinny and friendly. So I fed her. BIG mistake, I know. Each night last week she kept showing up, so I kept feeding her. Then this Monday I brought her in and took her to the vet. She had a clean bill of health and now a new home.

I just couldn't help myself she is so friendly and skinny with no home. Plus it's starting to get really cold out. So anyways, her name is Nora and she is about 7 months old. She is definitely keeping my two boys on their toes and is a fun addition, but I am now done! {Till we get a house and bring a dog or two in the mix : ). We are animal people.... can yah tell?}.

Okay, here are my internet find favorites from this week:

I love this fall table setting. It would be perfect for a wedding or even just a date night.

This pillow brings together a lot of trends I'm crushing on right now. Grey is probably my current favorite color {or maybe coral?... both... together!} and I'm loving the broken chevron!

This is such a beautiful photo shoot. Not only do I love the dress, but also the color scheme. Loving the mint and peach together!

As an avid reader I found this little work of art beautiful! I'd love to try and make one myself, but it will require time and patience.

Speaking of reading, someday in my future house I would like a reading spot, similar to this one, in our master bedroom. It will be a place where I {probably a mom by then} can have some me time with a book or magazine.
